Thanks to Pat O’neal from Studor

Pat O’neal from Studor dropped by last week and helped us layout our plumbing correctly in order to use AAV (air admittance valves) in lieu of plumbing vents through the roof (holes in the roof are bad on two counts: potential leak points for water and definite leak points in the thermal envelope). Thanks, Pat!
